Identifying a 68030

Hi, I have found a 68030 chip but the speed part is not visible. I have this information

MC68030RC??
09C74N
QECC9334

Does anybody knows which 68030 could be? 25, 40, 50 MHZ?

I have found information about the Mask but not for the QECC9334 part.

I couldn't find any mention of QECC9334 anywhere either. I guess the only real world option to find out it's capabilities is to plug it in and run some tests.

I don’t see information about the masks and part numbers. The problem is the part number, that there is no info that let me know if it is a 40 or 50 mhz chip.

Naybe the CPU is a system pull from an industrial environment and wasn't for general release to the public. :shrug:
