I know that the Indivision MK2 does not support 50hz with VSYNC and this is a bit of a problem for those who would like to enjoy perfect scrolling. Is it possible to get 100hz with VSYNC?

That would be great with a monitor/TV that supports 100hz as the scrolling should be, in theory, perfect. Thanks!

I don't believe it is possible to get 100hz. And I don't believe Indi aga II supports vsync at all.

However... It is possible to get totally smooth 50hz scrolling by setting up the config correctly and using a monitor that supports 50hz - both the viewsonic vp2030b and dell 2001fp I have can do this.

Almost. In fact you will never get 50 Hz exactly (I've got 50.015 after many attempts), and even if you do, AGA clock and Indi clock are still not synced, so the drift between them will cause a frame drop (or repetition) once each few hundreds of frames ;-).

It is possible to get 100 Hz, but still not synced to AGA vertical blanking. Maybe some future firmware will have this feature. It seems to be planned, as the prefs program has relevant gadget, which is for now inactive.

There is zero stutter or smearing on the two monitors I mentioned.
