So far I've tried 128MB CF cards from M-Systems & Sandisk, and SD/MMC from Lexar, Sandisk & a few more brandless ones.
Tried two PCMCIA CF adapters, one of which was reported by multiple people as working on the Amiga.
For the SD cards I've used a Sandisk 6-in-1 16bit PC-Card adapter , also reported as working (some thread on EAB I've read long ago).
I get the same result with all of them - no disk present
