Introduction Thread

Hey all. I've got a part time hobby of buying and fixing up old machines and got introduced to this site through some friends on discord. Recently I've gotten into rather extreme 486 performance projects, but those are still a work in progress. I'm waiting on some parts to mod PCI 5v slots to work with universal 3.3v cards. Welcome! That's a nice Compaq case, don't think I remember one with 3 bays top to bottom like that.

Yea it's an odd 5.25" floppy too, like 1/4 height or something. Replaced a cap in the power supply and new Dallas chip and it's running great. Will probably list it shortly, although those older Compaqs are tanks and it's way heavier than it's size suggests lol.
