I said I can Jailbreak it for you if you like I never said I have made it the service provider unlocked.

I dont think its a hard thing to do, there a few guides on YouTube to do this.

I don't want to jailbreak the iPhone just to jailbreak it! I don't care about Cydia and it's apps - if I wanted free apps I'd never swap my Android phone! All I want and care about is to use the iPhone with my local provider...

As far as I am concerned, the deal that was made in this thread was for an unlocked iphone, not a jailbroken one.

- does jailbreaking affect the usage of the phone with apple products?

- does the jailbreaking remain if the phone is reset or ios reloaded or updated etc?

- does the jailbreaking remain if the phone is reset or ios reloaded or updated etc? The Jail break remainds if its reset or powered off. The Jailbreak dissapears if you upgrade the IOS then you have to jailbreak it again

- can I use it pay as you go? The phone is on Orange network, you will have to get the phone unlocked to use another tariff. If its an Orange pay & go then yes that should work fine.
