No he is not but any member is welcome to offer advice to other members because we are not on-line 24/7
Advice is one thing, but this guy is going full trigger happy and “moderating” his fellow users to which he really has no more authority over. If you’re watching and waiting to see if the horse will buck, then yeah its becoming a bit over the top now.
It seems you have a problem with this member offering advice but don't when others offer advice.
I'd like to suggest you review your attitude as this is not the way that AmiBay operates.
Can you give us an example where he is moderating his fellow users?

@matt020 All of your links are valid offers of advice and guidance.
Other members have also offered advice and guidance perhaps not as often as Boing-ball but again you don't seem to have a problem with them.
He has also used the Report post button to bring things to our attention.
I can state with certainty that Boing-ball has never moderated any members posts or threads.
Just to add.. Although I really don’t want this thread to be going off topic.
I too have also been pulled up for not reading the rules correctly. Believe me I have made some.
So do not look for any special treatment on here.The whole point of this site is to help others. Maybe I have offended a few people on here by my comments. If so, Apologies to those who I offended.
But if it weren’t for the rules, then I think we would have complete bedlam and people will then think why should I bother buying and selling on here. It’s a bunch of scammers etc.. We don’t want that.
Personally I find Amibay has that right balance for people. As they say, if you don’t like it here you know where the door is.
But you may then regret it later.
Just think, this place allows you to gain access to items you wouldn’t normally find anywhere else. Plus you should feel assured with the Admins and Moderates you are in a safer place. Remeber the Admins/Mods and even the Assistats do what they do for absolutely no monies. So to me that is worth staying for. As I am a creature of a helpful nature, I will regardless of the outcome will still try and help. Like it or lump it. Unless the Admins/Mods/Assistants don’t require it, then just happy to mossy around here minding my own business.
