Hi guys,

I'm running the following system,

A500 6a, .5 meg in trapdoor, Indivision ECS, Gotek, ACA500+

All this was running fine. I then plugged in my 1230/iv.

This ran fine for a couple of weeks as well.

Then suddenly it stopped boot properly (for no apparent reason), it would freeze up with a red light on the ACA and couldn't get to the boot menu. This happened 95% of the time. The other 5% of the time it would boot into workbench and would skip the ACA menu (this was usually after I'd tried rebooting 15 times), the ACA didn't seem to work but strangely the blizzard attached to it did work with all ram showing etc.

When I unplugged the Blizzard card everything goes back to normal, the ACA500+ and everything else all then works as normal.

Note the blizzard works fine in my A1200.

Any idea what is up?

Which version firmware of ACA500+ do you use and what is the wattage of je PSU?

In the "System Information Pages" section it states

ACA500p ROM: v0.90 Flash ROM ID: $EF/$16 (not sure if these are the right numbers for the firmware version or not- I haven't update it from buying it a few months ago)

PSU is a 60 Watt heavy brick original A500 one
