PM replied.Interested in 4 kits, sending PM
I'll check if I can make it Amiga compatible in the next batch. I checked some Amiga motherboard images and they seem to have a more common DB9 connector with the big pins on the side of the signal pins.Have to withdraw interest. Not because of the postal strike, but rather because I figured that it won't fit the Amiga (at least the AGA models). That's because the ESD chips occupy the area where the DB 9 connectors have their soldered large "anchor" pins.
If a redesign could be made, where both ESD chips sit alongside the outer pin row of the connector ( there should be a clearance of about 7 mm to the edge of the Amiga's mainboard that can be used), I would be in again for AT least 8 kits.
Hi again,
I've been using a lot of these, so I'd like to declare interest in another 10 soldered PCBs (5 sets) with postage to the UK.
Many thanks,
Adam
