Sold Joytech 7.2" LCD Screen for PS2 (Phat)

I've had this display from new and hardly used it so decided to let it go, plugs into the back of the PS2 via the AV out socket, has 2 screws to hold it into the back and flips down neatly over the top of the PS2. It has Stereo Speakers built in that do a fairly good job, not bad at all considering. The 3 phono sockets on the back are infact inputs not outputs, so the display can be used with any AV source. Power is separate via a PSU that comes with it, its a UK plug. Can be switched from "Game" to "DVD" I assume all its doing is switching from RGB to AV, if you have a modded PS2, this won't be a problem anyway. Also has a 3.5 mm headphone jack on either side (for 2 users) and has instruction manual. Works with 50Hz and 60Hz (Game mode only). Blocks usage of PS2 Network adapter (Unless you can hack its casing) has 1 stuck pixel near bottom right, but only noticeable on black screen. See pics for more details..

PAL 50hz Images of Wipeout Fusion

With 60Hz game Katamari Damacy (works but is a little banding and more shimmery display than in PAL, but its colour)

Not interested, good luck with the sale but thought i'd ask.

Is it possible to still use the Network Adapter/HDD with one of these attached or does it block the expansion?

Cheers! Yeah unfortunately it does block the expansion port, so if you plan to use a Network adapter it will conflict.

Actually i'm not 100% sure... i'll try it with a NTSC (only have one, but never tried it) game and see if it works. The Manual says PAL on it though

OK, I just checked it with a 60Hz game and it does indeed work.... but... the quality isn't quite as nice as in 50Hz. There is a bit of banding and its a little more shimmery, but its in colour still. Updated the first post with pics I also just noticed there is a stuck pixel near bottom right of screen. Only noticeable when black screen.
