I opened my retro chest today to look at my Gameboy's and was shocked to find that somehow one of my boxed Gameboy Pocket (Red) had the screen damaged. No idea how but it has like a darkness (crystal bleed?) all in the middle and crack lines. Of course it does not work properly anymore.
So after searching the other bay i can't find any damaged Gameboy pockets and i dont have the heart to buy a good one just to gut it. I have a parts Gameboy pocket (black) but that has an even worser screen
So i'm on the lookout for a JUNK/NON-WORKING Gameboy Pocket with a good LCD or at least what looks like a good LCD. The gameboy can be totally messed up as long as the LCD looks right.
Whilst asking about this, i'm always on the lookout for non-working/junk Gameboys (original, pocket,color,Advance,SP etc..) as i enjoy working on them and trying to fix them.
