CIB = complete in box
Box = box & cart - no manual

Do you mean if is got Sounds? yes it does have sound

Which version of Android is it running?

I was referring to the audio lag, for example, when you press the jump button in mario the character jumps responsively but the sound comes just a tiny fraction after. That's lag.

It's a hardware issue to do with the upto 4.1 (IIRC) Android architecture. I looked into these tablets when they first came out and it really put me off so I was wondering if it had been fixed yet.
