Keyboard adapter - exact type uncertain!

Continuing my clearout, I have here some kind of keyboard adapter. It appears to be designed to convert from PS/2 keyboard to big-box Amiga, but since I don't currently have such a machine for testing, it's untested. Also a DIN to Mini-DIN adapter.

Asking £5 with buyer to pay postage.
