For some weird reasons i was not aware of your operation mrr19121970.

A member of the team pointed me this thread today (Marcel) and i'm a bit surprised.

- We at A1200.NET are not going to refrain mrr19121970 to manufacture or sell serial stickers as long as he do not use "A1200.NET" / "A1200NET" / "CERRATECH Accuratus" or any other trademark or IP.
- Please understand the following:
  • All our cases come WITH OUR OWN SERIAL STICKERS & SERIAL NUMBER.
  • If for any reason you should return your case to us, correct sticker & serial number is expected.

To ALL - Please remember:
- COMMODORE IS A REGISTERED TRADEMARK - And still today mrr19121970 need proper license to do what he's doing.
- AMIGA IS A REGISTERED TRADEMARK - And still today mrr19121970 need proper license to do what he's doing.


So this mean that:
- Yes projects around AMIGA are fun and highly sought after.
- But still nowadays you need proper licensing to use these names on your projects or efforts.

A note about third parties projects using our KS Projects:
- Anyone of you willing to launch a project/side project/common effort to widen AMIGA audience or simply to help the community, and doing so by using any of A1200NET projects or material -> YOU SHOULD ALWAYS ASK US FIRST.
- Believe me we're cool guys. Doesn't mean we'll accept everything, but we're listening ;)
