Greetings,

I am not here for something Amiga-related, it's about preserving a 3-disk Fujitsu FM Towns game. All I need is to borrow the KryoFlux and other requirements to preserve data from all 3 disks, because this game is extremely rare.

If you can't let me borrow it, then my next choice is to wait till Christmas to get one. I only needed it for a short time.

I expect Krypflux owners would be more willing for you to send them the disks to archive, rather than them lending you their hardware.

Sadly I'm in the UK and so couldn't offer help with my Kryoflux unless you wanted to risk shipping your disks.

I have a Kryoflux and I'm located in NC. However, as Harrison pointed out, not many people will be willing to lend an expensive bit of hardware to a new member. I'm happy to help you make a backup if you would want to send the disks. I understand if you wouldn't want to do that with a rare game. :)

North Carolina? I guess that's my best choice. Send me your address by Private Message and I will send it to you to preserve it. Be sure to send me back the .img files (or whatever works in the FM Towns emulator UNZ) and the game itself.

Are there any other suggestions on how to preserve these 3 floppy disks? Using imaging tools like WinImage (can't open disk) and FTK Imager (don't know what format to save image files to) might not work due to copy protection, but these disks must be saved from being rotted. Should I ask these questions somewhere else? If so, where?

Unfortunately, they wouldn't respond to me anymore for some reason. Anyone else in the U.S. have good experience in using their KryoFlux?
