Maybe a silly question, but, can these be used on other Amiga systems besides the CD32? I'm looking for a gamepad solution instead of my old, non-ergonomic joysticks from the 80's & 90's...they hurt my half-century old hands :)

Sets shipped to scipioafricanus.

Yes they can but not all A1200 machines can handle the CD32 mode (same with the original CD32 gamepad). With the current components functionality seems quite reliable though. Two button mode is no problem on any machine as far as I know.

Hello Witchmaster,
one complete set just arrived in excelent order. But I've one question about connections: As you wrote "Ensure the correct pin numbers (marked on the main PCB) when soldering the cable. Failing to do so could cause damage to the KTRL gamepad or your Amiga!"
I don't really know which pin is which number on the cable...there are no numbers on it. I wanted to use cable from my old 6-button not functional gamepad.
Hope my question is clear :)
Thx in advance

You will need to test which wire is which pin with a multimeter. You can see the pin numbers of a 9pin female dsub connector in the following image:

(I added this image to the instructions also)

Received mine a few weeks back. One assembled and working flawlessly (haven't got around to the other yet). Awesome stuff! Will leave feedback.
