I can confirm that I have tested these working on the following Amiga 500 revisions.

Amiga 500
Rev5. Requires a wire to get 7mhz signal out, I can message you with instructions, just ask.
Rev6a. - Bridge Jumper 6 on main board, can message you with instructions just ask.
Amiga 500+
Works without any modification.

I recommend you clean the edge contacts on your Amiga with isopropanol before 1st use.

I've made a batch of 15, 2 left.

Yes, you need to solder a wire for the 7mhz signal. I'll update the main post with some instructions tomorrow (very late here in the UK!).

This is the edge contacts on your Amiga, after 35 or more years it will need cleaning. If you don't have isopropanol a soft pencil eraser is also said to work but be gentle if you do that. Alcohol hand sanitizer would be a better option though but make sure it contains at least 70% IPA.
