Hi folks
Long time computer user introducing myself to the community...
i spent a LOT of time with Commodore's finest in the 80's and 90's - from a c16, c64, 128d, amiga 500 and all its' extras and so on. Finally finished with an Amiga 2000 emulation monster (see this link here... http://www.amigareport.com/ar408/review5.html) which i mostly still have although it's not feeling very healthy, and an Amiga 3000 that I acquired nearly 8 years ago but have only switched on a few times.... and in both machines those nasty batteries have been removed.
I'm tossing up whether to surrender these machines to a new home, or put the energy into rebuilding them... think the hard disks may not be so healthy (the dreaded checksum errors are arriving.... and i haven't installed a workbench since 1996)
