Manual and installation disk for Serial Solution zorro card

Does anyone have manual in pdf format and driver diskette as a adf file for this serial card?

I found one, but it's in german.

Even the german manual is usefull, but the installation disk would ne even more usefull because if i have understood correctly this card doesn't have rom where the needed drivers could reside .
