Closed Manual for Zeus 040

Anyone have a copy of the manual for the Zeus 040 accelerator/SCSI card for a 2000?

The install disk is here:

There is no manual online. I was wonder if anyone new the jumper settings etc.

Is this manual still needed? I see not online anywhere, but I happened to pick up an Amiga 2000 with a bunch of kit and it includes the Zeus040 manual...I can scan and upload if it's still needed.
