Well, that one looks a lot better than the one I got, and looks to be a proper Rev. 6, but I'm sure someone else can advise soon.

Compare to what I got:

That's fake.

I just got one from funkward-tech also.

I liked that it doesn't look too fresh, green/gold dot, part number and batch code in different color ink, S23328-002 almost impossible to see (which is why the picture is from this angle). If this is a fake the printer should maybe get to work on some banknotes, if they want to do counterfeits - the logo is spot on and the part number even has the tiny break in the top of each 0 character. I would love to see some pictures under a microscope.

I don't know if it's fake or real, I have nothing to check with right now. I thought funkward_tech was OK based on having bought a genuine 68030RC50C months ago. It was a bit of a gamble sure but with parts getting more scarce it is only going to get worse as three 68060 accelerator cards get released this year.
This one is rev6.

At this point it is safe to say that funkward-tech has gone from sometimes genuine to full-on scammer. Motorola only made LC chips at 75MHz, never full chips with FPU/MMU.

Funkward-Tech has had these MC68060RC75 CPU's up for sale for an age, I'm amazed if anyone does actually buy these from him though due to the really high postage on them compared to his rev 6 version which sadly we are now getting reports of people receiving fakes of these sales coming through too :(. His postage is over 6 times more on these MC68060RC75 compared to his MC68060RC50 Rev 6 processors

I also tried another supposed MC68060RC75 (not from funkward-tech) was intrigued to see what came and would of been happy if it was a full 060 even a rev 1, but what arrived was nothing like the Advert photo and you could see the original Motorola symbol which they tried to cover over it was actually an LC model (click here to see more on it) there are supposedly EC models of the RC75 too

There is one guy who commented on my Facebook comment saying he has one of these MC68060RC75 fakes (Don't know where he got it though) which has the rev 6 mask printed on it, his was actually a full 68060 but a rev5.

Sadly the 68060 market is a brutal market and finding these is getting harder and harder
