Its running on a Cyberstorm MKII, tested at 50, 60, 66 and then 75, runs perfect at all speeds, have an 80Mhz crystal on the way

Not sure what the standard voltage on a Cyberstorm would be but I've made no changes other than changing the crystal and installing a heatsink/fan on the CPU.
