now tested with a PSU with the -5v line. Booting Windows I get the "Windows starting" chime, the examples provided wth the PAStudio software (modem sound; dma test; irq test) all play properly.

Re-opened and price drop.
Now tested with games in DOS, works fine.

Bump. Changed the title to "Pro Audio Studio 16" as that's what the marking IXW-PAR makes it.
