Works perfectly and is currently installed in my A1200 Micronik Tower.

As I switch to Checkmate Desktop Case, I won't use it anymore.

Sorry to hear/see this.
According to the pictures the package has been treated very badly during transport and damaged/bend the connector module.
Shipment has insurance, sent instructions to file damage report with DHL.
You need to claim the insurance asap together with the pictures you sent me and turn in the board to DHL.
We will sort this out, so you'll get your money back. What bugs me though is that careless shipping damaged a nice piece of amiga hardware
