A friend of mine RetroHQ who I worked with @Argonaut is selling new Sega->Atari Joypad adapters (and I talked him into supporting full 7-button CD32 mode.)

If you always wanted a CD32 competition pro pad but couldn't face the eye watering prices, buy a Megadrive competition pro pad for next to nothing and turn it into a CD32 pad with one of his adapters.

Here is one of his resellers where it retails at £19.96

It also works for Atari ST (3-button) etc. Atari 2600/7800/800 etc. It has support to convert Megadrive light guns into Atari light guns etc.

I am told that you can even remap the DPAD UP button (typically jump) to another button for those platform games which do not yet have WHDLoad CD32 multi-button pad support.

RetroHQ is widely known for amongst other things co-creating the SainT Atari ST emulator, making the Atari Jaguar, Atari Lynx and most recently Atari 7800 flash cartridges.

Edit:
@alexh can this item be purchased here within this thread?
No. It was a sales thread redirecting to a reseller.

Edit:
Looks like a nicely crafted adapter!
Are there any resellers based in the EU?
In the new year I believe there will be more stock and EU resellers.

Thread moved to General Chat and cleaned up.

@alexh

Unless you are the actual seller of the item, please refrain from posting in the For Sale sections. Threads such as this that link to outside websites really should go in General Chat.

Ok. But I did look through the "selling FAQs" prior to posting and there was no example of this.

Posting fixed advertised price off site sales in the For Sale section used to be ok.

Selling on AmiBay

You can only sell what you legally own.

Check the rules ;)

You posted a For Sale item, but you wasn't selling it as if you were the owner. You can't do that I'm afraid. However you can post the same in General Chat and point to an outside website that is selling their item - that's perfectly fine :)

@alexh if i Declare Interest are you going to sell and ship me one? Otherwise, this listing isn't in the right place?
Back in stock now but only 17 left! 3...2...1....

thanks for the heads up @alexh , I just received the adapter and it is just great - I am using it with the 8bitdo 2.4g megadrive pad and the combo is just amazing :D

manual is a must to actually configure the adapter, seem like the latest batch was shipped without a manual
but now that there is a PDF of it it's not a big deal :)

can't recommend these enough - coupled with the 8bitdo 2.4g md pads they are just great
