Complete with printed Manual and OS4 CDROM (No OS4.1)

No Keyboard/Mouse included.
Note there is only 1 USB header on the Motherboard so only 2 of the front USB ports are connected.
There are two more USB ports at the rear
Front sound jacks are not hooked up (might need cable modified, I haven't checked as I plug in the speakers at the back!)
