I have updated my windows 11 then Mircosoft decide added AI of Copilot built in with windows 11 and I thought I going remove it as dont really need and I am not fan of it.

It can be helpful if you are stuck on somethings and what you think of Microsoft Copilot that Built in with Windows 11?

Unless you like information that may be true or may be complete hallucination, remove it! I use O&O Shut Up to get CoPilot (and Recall, and "Sign up to OneDrive", and many other things) off my desktop. I really like O&O DeskInfo too.

I going checked that seem very good to learn from it

I don't use it, so I can't say if it's good or bad :) (y)

Last February I bought my first new computer in more than a decade. It is a Ryzen 9 7950X based PC with an RTX 4070 video card and 32GB of DDR5 RAM.
While this is all fairly recent stuff, I elected to get Windows 10 installed instead of 11.
I told myself I would eventually get to upgrade to Windows 11 once a few problems have been ironed out. However since the purchase Windows 11 has become less and less appealing. This Recall thing is one of the reasons but also the systematic disappearance of many fundamental features such as AC3 codec and Wordpad are among the many other irritants.

I don't know if I ever will get Windows 11 installed in this PC now. Maybe I will jump to Windows 12.

Since Windows 10 its anyway complete Spyware.
Inconsitent UI, weird Design Choices, Ads on my Desk.. and soon even Control Panel removed and ugly Touch Interface as Replacement what a pity

i have no idea why Microsoft copys KDE Desktop o_O

Since Windows 10 its anyway complete Spyware. ... Ads on my Desk..

Make sure you use a local account and you have removed any traces of a Microsoft account and you should be rid of ads.
I don't remember everything I changed on mine but I don't have any.
I also did some registry tweaking so updates are only installed when I choose to.

Using copilot at work. It's ok at transcribing meetings, not very good at summarising action points. It's good a search-on-steroids for finding emails. And it is briefly entertaining if you ask it to do something like draft a letter or better yet, write a story - tends to default to fairy stories but you can say something specific like "write me a kitchen sink drama" whereupon it will produce a page or two of screenplay that's at least the equal of most of the tripe coming out of the TV these days.

Hmm seriously considering Mac or linux for my next main/daily computer upgrade. All my non-games stuff runs on a Mac anyway, so that bit's easy. May just have to bite the bullet with wine for a few online games.

Most of my steam games run on linux without issues.

Thanks to valves efforts.
I was wondering how come there is such an intense push on many social networks to go for Linux lately. Surprise! Turns out its because many of the people working to maintain the kernel contribute to making it a big spyware for Putin!!

As soon as it appeared on my Win 10 build I googled to find how to remove it. As I recall it’s a couple of Registry entries that need changing/removing.
