Closed Microsoft Mouse (PS/2 and Serial compatible)

I'm looking for Microsoft Mouse (PS/2 and Serial compatible).
it must be both ports compatible, as I only have serial port on my mobo.

If it works with both, it will have 5V and 12V on the sticker.

Regrettably, all mine are "Mouse Port Compatible Mouse V2.1a" and 5V only, sorry.
