I know but I just got Windows 7 and no longer need or use this so just want to get rid....

Yes I have, this is a genuie version of Vista OEM, and the last time I used it I had to phone microsoft to active it and that was not a problem.

Its in the DVD case I got it in and have never had any problems with it.
