Microsoft Xbox One Console Not Powering On - Spares And Repairs

came as part of a job lot when I was told it doesn't power on at all, I have no psu for it and im not really fussed about fixing it
so assume it doesn't power on and its being sold for spare parts, no "Untested" rubbish here
clean inside and internal parts are included except for the hard drive
removable side panel missing because a 3rd party usb & fan unit is fitted in its place
Sold as faulty so used for spares and repairs
