Mika's angled CF2IDE adapter, where to get it?

If not, are there any other nice CF2IDE adapters for the A600.
I don't want the one where you need to cut a whole in the case, just a solid way of installed a CF card.

I emailed Kipper2k to buy his adapter, but he hadnt replied in a week.

Is he still around?

He is, he just takes ages to respond. I had to email about 3 times over the span of 6 months to get a response from him. Keep trying.
