Tested in my Amiga 1200 as I don't have a PC to test it on.
Read/write/format and Amiga Test Kit tests passed ok.

Yes it is a common 5.25" PC drive.
I don't remember if you have bought this blue board, but if so, you can use it in the Amigas.
