Nice setup! Are you using the emulated CPU with the Z3660? I haven't seen any real-world speed comparisons between it and a PiStorm etc, what's your take?
HI Buddy, No I am using a Rev 6 060 the Scan doubler is a bummer but with the way the guys are going I would not be surprised if that comes at some point LOL. But I will say I use an HDMI switch which comes with a remote so swapping channels is easy.

Once you get the settings right it is a good setup speed wise seems faster than my Cyberstorm MK2 did with the same cpu, but again it is still only getting better with each update, I think that is the most annoying part of the ZZ9000 so much was promised then it just dried up with nothing from MMNT but his Laptop happening now, Leaves a bit of a bitter taste but hey its still a brilliant bit of kit. I did have to change my ZZ3660 as it turned out to be very flaky which was a real shame as it was purple but Kav from Discord sorted me out with a replacement which has been rock solid.

I have a Z3660 on the way, and have a ZZ9000 that I haven't touched in years. I guess I don't need the ZZ9000 anymore as long as I'm fine with 16-bit color depth? And the audio support on Z3660 seems really good.

Just reading this thread and wondered if the Ethernet on the ZZ9000 has had any upgrades since? Or is it still terribly slow?
It is still slooow. 🐌
I have been evaluating the ethernet part of it for a week with the Roadshow TCP/IP stack. I will soon switch to my Ariadne I instead

I heard that the network speed was bad so bought an X-Surf as well. Must confess after being away for 30 years im struggling to remember how to set up....my main problem is transferring data (using OPUS Adf and the Gotek) but its very hit or miss...
