Currently using a KFA2 660ti bought here close to a year ago now IIRC. Forget what VRAM size it is 2 or 3GB I think. Not found anything it cant run on full yet. About to try FarCry 4 soon.

I have been running on a 9600GT for last four years, Fallout 3, New Vegas and Starcraft II all run fine :-)

I think the ti is 3gb? But anyway, Far Cry 4 runs fine on Medium settings with my GTX660 SC so you should be fine and the game still looks amazing even on Medium. If you have a good CPU you might be able to push higher settings. (I only have an AMD FX-4170 in that machine)

I fitted my GTX970 in my Gaming Rig yesterday (Core i5/8gb) and Far Cry 4 is butter smooth on NVidia settings, which is like Ultra+ extra.

That's almost retro mate :)

Just had a gander, it's a 4GB card so more than I expected. Currently have an Intel i5 2.5K 3.3Ghz running at 4.4Ghz so hopefully that should yeald some kind of result. Would be the first game to not run on max settings if not which for a card 1 or 2 gen's old isn't bad really.

I'm currently running none - my card won't fit in the Pc case :-)

I have a Surface Pro 3, but I don't really play cutting-edge PC games. I just finished Legend of Grimrock 2. Being able to play this on a plane using touch is pretty great! :)

yeah , need one anyway

i missed a nice silverstone alu case yesterday :-(

well £170 odd notes later , a new 750 PSU and a Case are on there way ....

better be quick i move soon :-)

Great mate I have a itx prodigy and you can't go wrong with corsair I have 750s 500s 520s and a 430

I'm slightly annoyed that my 500wat modular PSU (6 months old) won't power my rig anymore ...

bah humbug

these graphic cards are huge! twin psu points , towing hitch and gas hob .....bloody things

The cards will only just be over 500w so the 750 wont be fully utilised it will use only what it needs

My sli 760 system only pulls 380w from the wall

my setup should use about 450+ watts , so my 500 watt doesn't cut the mustard - i know that as it shuts down :-)

80% efficiency form 500 watt , term thats 100 watts or so missing in action me thinks (ish )

You know when come powerful graphics cards like Geforce GTX 970 or 980 then what PSU Watts would I need? PSU 450 Watts? 500? 600? 750?

Depends on alot of factors. The motherboard, CPU (and it's overclocked rate), the PSU efficency and everything else attached to it.

My guess is you eould need atleast 600w, 750 reccommended. 1Kw would be overkill though for anything other than GTX Titans.
