There are three things worth noticing:
1. Its fan is noisy, might need maintenance OR replacement, does not seem to affect its performance or operation though.
2. Its BIOS was flashed to that of a 7900GS (not by me, received it this way when I bought it second-hand).
It worked when I last used it, runs Doom 3 like a champ and is of good physical condition.
