The Cyberstorm PPC upgraded by Stachu with an 68060 66mhz and a 604e 375 mhz downgraded to 366 mhz come ... and... is INCREDIBLE !!!!
Faster!!! I made some benchmark with sysmon on Os4 my Amiga 4000 is 1/3 Slower of my old Sam 440ep 600mhz

SysMon A 4000 604e 375mhz downgraded to 366 mhz benchmark (thanks to Mr Stachu the wizard for upgrading my CyberstormPPC)

The 20y old amiga 4000 is only 1\3 slow compared with the newer sam...


This is the result of the Graphic speed Of my A 4000 with the Radeon 9200 256mb on the Mediator 4000DI note i have the registered version of radeon HD from Hdr labs

My project is about 95 % done .... now is need buy 512 Mb of Zoram from Amiga kit.

Yes is in gl mode on the Os4.1 366mhz 604e


On the Sam 440ep 600mhz 640x480 gl mode
i had this 36.8 sec. 26.3 fps

what quake you use for make the tests?
I know my performances are low but this is the quakegl under Os4.1

i had this performances more hi of this last i know but i know well that is the failure of the port plus the 3d driver of os 4.x not really good .

i know is 320x240 awinquake 68k?

On this resolution i have on the 3.9 warpos
24.5 seconds 40.1 fps warpquake port



On morphos probably will be near 85 fps

but the true is the 68k is the really best cpu ever made

i think that day will never come hyperion will never made the 68k driver for the radeon ... you know the ppc warp 3d driver (classic) they made couple of years ago.
