For sale is a silver NEC AccuSync 71VM capable of displaying 15 kHz (with a proper VGA adapter). Power, VGA, and stereo mini-jack cables are included.

There is an interesting review on YouTube about the model 71V. While both models are technically identical, the 71V does not have built-in speakers like mine:
