This came with the PC Engine I purchased from Japan and as I use just a generic wall wart with the PC Engine, I really have no use for the original PSU.

Pictures upon request. I'll test it later this evening with a step down converter that it's actually working even though it should be.

Price is 11 € plus postage. Payment paypal gift.

Honestly don't know about the Turbo Express. The PCE PSU outputs 9V negative center, hence I decided to use the wall wart that I use with my Speccy and C16.
