need help on a ZX Spectrum

I have a 1982 ZX Spectrum Issue two the only problem I have is the ULA is faulty and I can not get a Replacement any where can any help me around to fix this ULA problem I would like to see it working again

It not good I can not buy the ULA from this web site http://www.mutant-caterpillar.co.uk because they need them for repair other ZX Spectrum the best thing is in the bin

Be patient, mark in spectrum4 ever group has a fully working prototype that will replace directly the ula. With some nice addition too
