Hi,
I am new to Amibay, but a long time user of both Classic Amiga's (I have 2 A1200 setup and 2 A500's) and next gen Amiga user with a sam440ep mini-itx system and 2 Minimig's (it was easer at the time to purchase a second 4MB version than have my first one upgrade).

These day I tend to do most of my game playing on my minimig after transfering new old games on to my Minimig after imaging the disks with my Catweasel mk4.

Welcome to Amibay, nice collection you have there

Steve.

Hi and welcome to AmiBay.

If you know how to handle CWIV, a guide would be a nice idea, if you want. :)

I have always got on quite well with using my Catweasel to both make images and write disks back for use on real Amiga's but I have not made much use of the other features. In the past I used the joystick ports a lot with winUAE to play games with real Amiga joystick under the emulator but these days I prefer to use WinUAE and my catweasel to install games on my minimigs SD card then play them on my minimig.

But I would be happy to help produce guides to both transfering kickstart rom images from a real Amiga or AmigaForever for use on a minimig.

And imaging and installing games with my Catweasel and WinUAE for use ether under emulation or with the minimig if people think they would be helpful. As I have purchased settlers and RailRoad Tycoon off ebay and done exactly that of the last few weeks and it should work for any Amiga games that use dos disks with manuals for copy protection.

This. Lots of it, please..........:)
