Bought this board a while back here on Amibay for a second amiga 4000D but never got the time to complete this project.
Board has been perfectly built and works beautifully. Never used it except for testing.
It has a NOS chipset from screemo (with super buster 11), mostly NOS components (everything is new except Alice, Video DAC, RTC chip and DB23 connector which are a pull), and polymer capacitors which will never leak.
It comes with 2MB chip ram, and has the PIO2 GALs for faster IDE speeds.
It has been tested with some zorro III cards and with a BFG9060 running at 100Mhz (not included).
