It's a wired USB trackpad from a Barco medical diagnostic system (8 bucks at Wallapop, so worth triyng):



It works as a regular keypad connected to a Mac (don't know about the buttons yet…)

Big issue here .. due to tariffs your country raised, it seem I haven't any way to ship from Italy to USA at reasonable (< 40€ !!) prices.
At the moment, Italian post service refuses shipments to USA, and all major couriers are in the >40€ cost range...
Unless you have an alternative solution (I know rely services exist, maybe), I am afraid I can't serve you until things change.
Contact me in DM if you have any feasible solution in mind !

But surely a driver could be coded for it, thou I should have one in hands attache to my dev bench !

You can try dumping the HID protocol and submitting the log to me, find all instructions on my his2ami's github site.
