@vitux, it is possible only trim the brightness of blue but not change the tonality. Tell me if it is ok.

Yes, Ok, I meant to brightness. Intense blue for the starting.
Could you extend the cable? the motherboard to the LED, 81 cm need.
Also wrapped in a little blue sleeve?

it is possible. It is only a matter of resistor value.
The blue light is very bright and by night can be a little bit annoying. I suggest you to chose a dark blue tonality for the power (that is an ongoing light), then a middle value for the floppy and a bright blue for the harddisk (that light occasionally).
