New mask of 68060 rev6?

I've recently acquired eighteen (18) full rev6 68060 CPUs, with VERY strange markings.


1. They are marked as (M) MC68060RC60 (Motorola not Freescale)
2. They have a previously unseen mask (13E27K), and spacing between the (M) logo and text seems... off? (Then again, Freescale spacing was similar)
3. They came on a tray (means nothing) when purchasing in bulk
4. I am 2-for-2 on tests (TF4060 in an A4000 and BFG9060 in an AA3000+) showing those two samples to be genuine rev6 in Amiga Test Kit, WhichAmiga, etc

If not already done, please take a look at this page and compare not only the mask, but also the 00x number in the left bottom corner.

On another page (German) similar marking and mask to what you've purchased is listed as non-existing and faked - number 5.

Possible limited run of CPU's for a client, perhaps even for military application?

Could explain the lack of available information.
