Hello,

Here is my new version of Megachip. This is a PLCC version as you can see onto the pictures.

With this version:
- no need to desolder the socket of your Amiga motherboard,
- no need to solder the Megachip onto the motherboard,
- no need to solder the wire.

As the 8372B Agnus approaches extinction for A3000 owners in need of one, maybe this Megachip version could be suitably modified as a 8372B drop-in replacement?
Of course there shouldn't be any onboard RAM now (pointless anyway as it'd break 32-bit CPU access to chip RAM), and the logic would now have to recreate the single-RAS-line behaviour of the 8372B.
Just a thought.

2Mb with 512Kb on your Amiga + 512Kb on the expansion memory slot.
