New service from Paypal - Good!

So I went to transfer some funds from paypal and went for the £5 option to get them the next day. I was shocked to see the service gone and also worried as the normal way said my withdrawal had to be checked for security reasons. So I rang them up to make sure everything was ok and was told about the new service.

Anyway with this new service my first withdrawal took 24 hours but ive just done another withdrawal and it took 20 minutes to land in my bank account!

Not everyone will have this new service yet, but in the future you can transfer your paypal funds into your bank and it takes 20 minutes upto 2 hours - Even on weekends. Plus its totally free!

This is one of the best things paypal has ever done, thumbs upto them for doing it.

Im sure many of you will already have it, but for those that havent it should be with you soon.

Now if only eBay did something good for us like reduced their fees!

Yep noticed that the other day, it's about time as instant bank transfers have been available with most bank for ages now!

Well, maybe it's good(for americans), but couple days ago i've got a dispute on PERSONAL(!!!) transaction. Withdrawn has been reversed and i saw big red number on "my account" page. Lucky, some other people were involved and i lost only small part of $300+ plus fees on reveresed withdrawn plus double(dispute was in USD an i withdraw money in JPY) mark-up on currency conversion.

When someone moving money from your bank account, it named theft, isn't it?
Not sure about others, but i prefer to control my cash flow manually.

I absolutely will not allow PayPal direct access to my bank account. All transactions are funded off my credit card. They can pay in to my account, but I wouldn't want them taking my money without my consent...
