I've been a huge Amiga fan ever since the purchase of my Amiga 600 back in the early 90's. I progressed to the A1200 and then a CD32 (the latter of which I still own). Even happier times when my favourite club (Chelsea) were sponsored by Amiga and I still have the original shirts.
I have recently just got back into using my CD32 and after using WHDload games have discovered that I need an external drive as everything needs to be saved on DF0:
Guess I have a lot to get used to with all the new things available in the Amiga world and really want to look at an expansion kit for my CD32. I've seen a few SX1, SX32 & ProModules on eBay but for some crazy prices, just wish I had the brains to build my expansion board. I also recently purchased Reshoot, I never knew commercial games were still being made for the CD32. Anyone know if Amiga Racer is available for the CD32?
My own little joy at present has been to use a wireless PS2 joypad on my CD32 so no wired restrictions, Alien Breed so much more enjoyable now.
Hoping one day that FIFA will give us a footy game worthy of the Amiga after their half baked attempt with their 94 effort, but I dream on....back to Sensible Soccer
Anyway, hope to meet some likewise Amiga fans, especially those that can help with some pretty stupid questions I will no doubt have from time to time.
