How hard is it to assemble ? Can you provide one complete ?

You need to know how to solder SMD stuff.. and have all components.
I have some dead boards at home that I will on sparetime soon start to use components from to make boards.. then I will sell some.. will be adds for that later.

short question - did you fix your size-issues you mentioned earlier ? and what were these about? i would like to use the card in an A4000 .. so will it fit?

That small sizeissue is actually just the jumperpins for the jumpers that are SLIIIIGHTLY too small but still works.... it is not fixed on those PCBs. the new ones are..
