Closed nintendo 3ds for sale (mint condition) +25 games

hi everyone my son wants to sell his Nintendo 3DS console (mint condition) as he never really plays on it and wants to get himself some new ps3 games. 3DS comes with carry case +charge dock and 2GB micro sd card

It comes with 25 games all without cases but in excellent working order. 3 are 3DS games and the rest are normal.

Please accept an apology here, I actually sent a payment for this after an offer was agreed (£80) for the 3DS and games.

I meant to post straight away stating my side of the transaction, but was away on holiday the last few days.

Therefore, payment has been sent, and item should be arriving soon.

I'd advise you to leave negative feedback, sorry to say you will not see your cash or your 3DS.

Thanks tokyoracer and also wmsteele for originally letting me know of the situation, I've left feedback now and it's all reported off to ActionFraud this morning.

Also I've reported his bank details to my bank who can obviously work with the police via ActionFraud. Fortunately the target bank A/C was also with my own bank so they were interested to know, as it meant one of their customers was acting fraudulently with themselves directly.

Ill also be reporting this at my own work internally (police) to gain as much assistance as possible.

Actually this experience has actually (oddly) made me feel quite good about myself, as I know how much better I am than people like rocco2007!

Also, kudos to all the decent buyers/sellers on AmiBay, as it just goes to show that its only a few sad individuals who forsake their morals and self respect to gain a few quid.

I wouldn't sell my name and respect for £80! Hope you enjoy the cash rocco2007, I suspect its all spent now anyway and that your scrabbling around for new names and ways of scamming other decent people - meanwhile you'll be glad to know that i replaced the cash simply by turning up for work the next day (see dictionary for definition of 'work') whereas you are now permanently marked as a thief.

I will be supporting any avenue to prosecute of course, and am willing to put much more effort and money into bringing anyone to justice, just for the principle of it, so be very careful who you cross - you will be getting a shock at some point soon.
