I have been having a clear out and now I am indexing stuff to send back out into the wild.

I have here two Official Nintendo Wii Remotes 2x Official Nintendo Wii Controllers - £5.50 each

How come the consoles locked from the firmware upgrade ? Did they detect the modded drives perhaps ? Would be interested in on base unit with some accessories but I'm not sure if/how I can restore it.

I believe that a backup game that was for a different region had an auto-update, as such this placed the unit into a firmware confused state.

if you have a read of the SaveMii link I posted earlier it will describe all the ins and outs of the process, as far as I can tell.

indeed, as my sales agent AmiNeo has stated Chiark has expressed an interest on the 28th, but I have not heard anything from him at the moment - its possible he is out of contact for this mothers day weekend, I will see what Monday brings and if you are still interested one of them can be yours =)
