I bought a 'honest guv, it works fine' ZX spectrum + ZX Interface 1 from a car boot (yeah, I know).
It doesn't work. Through some Googling, it looks as if one or more RAM chips have failed. It powers on, but all I get is a black screen with white border.
On even closer inspection, one of the ribbons for the keyboard membrane is split halfway across. New membrane needed.
I apologise for not being able to post photo's, I'm camera-less. The unit itself seems in good condition, with a couple of scratches on the top / far-right of the keyboard. Also, all 4 rubber feet are missing off the bottom.
For actual sale then: -
1x Sinclair ZX Spectrum 48k + ZX Interface 1 (it's screwed in place to the speccy). Includes power supply and RF cable. No box. Asking £35+P&P. Price drop to £29.99!Price drop to £24.99!
1x ZX printer - the weird thermal thing, with 3 and a bit rolls of silver-coloured paper and the PSU. Don't know if it works, it's had a knock or two. £1+P&P. Sold to tokyoracer.
